Founded, owned, operated, closed, sold and/or merged ten businesses. Six of the businesses had sales in excess of $1 million.  One business had sales exceeding $5 million and one had sales in excess of $10 million.

Currently own and operate three businesses

  1.  Lawson & Associates (L&A), a sole proprietorship started in 1984.  L&A offers business & marketing consulting.  Largest current client is the California Public Utilities Commission.  Smallest current clients include a stand up comedian, singer and multiple real estate agents;

  2. MedicalDiscounts.com, Inc., a “C” Corporation started in 1998. This company offers the following services: (a) nationwide network of low cost MRI and CT Scans; (b) California, Nevada Emergency Discount Dental Program; (c) free medication program for low income.

  3. Medical Discounts International, Inc., a “C” Corporation started in 2000.  This company offers the following products and services:  (1) imported low cost medical supplies from several countries including but not limited to England, Canada, Argentina, India, and New Zealand; (2) assists people in going to India for surgery and to get other medical care.
